In each episode of Recipe For Change, a star-studded group of individuals from various marginalized communities sit down to discuss a number of important topics pertaining to their community. Each individual dinner highlights an acclaimed chef & thought-provoking topics such as mental health, stereotypes, relationships, representation and more. Each chef presents their unique dishes, revealing the culture, history and spirit of their community through the menu of their design.


 

Recipe For Change: The State of R&B features a variety of guests who share a deep connection to their love of R&B music. Over the course of the meal, guests discuss the artistic experiences of crafting the perfect song, building bodies of work and careers in music, the inspiring ways they challenge stereotypes, the importance of paying homage to the musicians who came

before them and more.
